The Brisbane Cycling Club weekly schedule aims at having a ride each day of the week, with long rides on Sundays.
Typical week is:

|Thursday||Rest - you have to rest to be the best|
|Friday||BNECC International Full Gas Friday - Riverloop - 5 groups|
|Saturday||Bayloop and Airport Loop (Warmup before Muzz)|
|Sunday||Long ride, Group 1, 2 & 3|
